In order to qualify, you must have an annual household income (before taxes) that is below the following amounts:

CHILD SUPPORT benefits are not counted as part of income.
SSI and TANF RECIPIENTS are automatically eligible regardless of other income.
Current year LIHEAP RECIPIENTS do not have to prove income.
